Chinese owned MG have revealed there latest new car at the 2011 Shanghai motor show which they have high hopes for, so much that they hope the MG5 will take on and match the Ford focus. The new MG5 will be below the MG6 within the MG range and it should be similar in size if not slightly smaller than a Skoda Octavia.

Citroen has announced they will build a new flagship Citroen and the DS vehicle will be a joint venture with the Chinese group Changan. The new car will be called the Citroen DS5 and will be manufactured in the Far East and should be ready to hit the showrooms in 2014. BMW will take the 3 Series into a new area of the market by introducing a new BMW 3 Series GT. The new 3 Series GT looks like it's bigger sister the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo and you can just make this out by the camouflaged picture of the 3 Series GT. BMW hope the new GT will pull customers in who are looking for an similar sized car as the BMW 3 Series Saloon or coupe but something that offers that little bit extra luxury and premium feel but without the price tag of a larger vehicle to match.
